What You Will Do

Our little goats were featured setting a record for Goat Yoga at the Royal Winter Fair last year, and were featured on many online publications for their engaging and photogenic nature. They are curious, interactive and totally game to do downward goat with you. Previous experience is not necessary.

Who Will Guide You

Each class is facilitated by one of 3 amazing yoga teachers, Sally Staples, Kim Jaye or Katie Bushie who have developed classes from which you’ll take away incredible memories.

What You Will Do
Go behind the scenes at Haute Goat farm to "shmurgle" with our Nigerian Dwarf Goats! This is an incredible opportunity to get up close and personal while learning some of the most interesting things about them while experiencing the joy of connecting with the goats in a playground designed just for them. It’s Goat for your Soul!

Toronto's biking infrastructure has grown significantly and the momentum is only going to continue - Toronto has installed over 50km of bike lanes recently. Our aim is to get more people out of their cars and into the saddle. Tell us what your goals are and we'll help you get there.

Location & Duration
All of our clinics start and finish in front of the Gears Bike Shop at 500 Front Street East in the Canary District (Toronto, ON).

This experience is 90 minutes in length.

Includes
We'll start with a Q&A session where we review the cycling ABC's and look at the latest gear. Then we take you for a guided spin across town for a test run on safe bike lanes, selectively pausing to show you real-time and real life infrastructure rules and navigation considerations. We require that you wear a helmet and we will provide one for you.

What You Will Do
Whether a pure city cycling novice or just looking for some expertise on navigating the city by bike. We can be your commuter coach or just get you back in the saddle. Regardless of skill-set we'll customize it.
