Why this makes a great gift
You or your recipient will receive access to a library of Mat Pilates Workouts. Participants can use this On-Demand Subscription to supplement private classes, or lean on this library altogether to keep their pilates practice consistent in these times we all can't make it to a live session. The library is updated with a new workout each week and the oldest workout is removed - we strive to offer variety by updating the workouts weekly! We encourage all members to stay up to date as it's the most motivating approach. A subscription unlocks access to 4 different workouts, and the library is updated weekly.
Location & duration
On-Demand Workouts take place online, and you can access the workouts directly from your browser on your computer, tablet or phone. Once redeemed, your participant will receive an email with instructions on how to access the workout library.
All workouts are 45-55 minutes.
This is a monthly subscription. Our workout library, updated weekly, can be accessed anytime, from anywhere, as many times as participants would like.
What You Will Need
Good news, you don't have to leave your house, and you need little to no equipment.
- Participants will need a mat. Pro Tip: The thicker the better to cushion your spine, but adding an extra layer with a blanket or towel works well.
- Light Hand Weights (1-3lbs) optional
- A Hand Towel
- Wear regular athletic attire, something that allows movement with ease.
Who Will Guide You
Hi! My name is Kala Fletcher, and I am a Pilates Instructor and Illustrator based in Canada. I have been practicing and teaching Pilates since 2011. I am fully certified in both Classical and Contemporary Pilates Methodologies, as well as ELDOA LEVEL 1 and various Barre Fitness Certifications. I love learning and commit myself to continued education as an instructor and practitioner to ensure I am always providing the best quality service possible.
