This is a 6-week virtual session, recipients will receive unlimited access to participate each week!

What You Will Do?
Featuring original Latin music, Salsa Tots™ combines movement and play with lively rhythms that parents and kids can both enjoy! You’ll find keeping up with your little one in our 45 min class will get your heart rate up and you will be a great role model for your child.

Who Will Guide You?
The Salsa Babies program was developed by working hand in hand with one of the top Canadian pre/postnatal fitness Training Companies ( Fitness Alliance) as well as The Canadian Babywearing School.

Age Recommendation
This class is designed for children 18 months to 5 years, who have outgrown the carrier and are ready to dance on their own two feet!
