What You Will Do
Experience a customized yoga class based on the individual’s abilities and goals and designed to help them align their mind and body. This class will help with flexibility and strength while giving tips to get deeper in their asanas (yoga poses). Yoga classes offered include Hatha, Vinyasa and Chair Yoga.
Who Will Guide You
Jane Lee is an experienced and multi-certified yoga teacher, teaching for seven years while practicing yoga and meditation for over 17 years.
Hatha – Align and calm your mind, body and spirit. This class will increase your flexibility and strength as you focus on asanas (yoga poses).
Vinyasa – Similar to Hatha but with a faster flow to build body heat and sweat while you gain flexibility and strength.
Chair yoga – Ideal for those who have difficulty getting down to the floor and/or with limited mobility. Chair yoga can also be tailored for those at work who want to get a good stretch without needing to change clothes or leave their office chair.
