You will take place in six private, personalized, and live 75-minute online classes with an experienced teacher. You will participate in an in-depth Meditation Program for people looking to learn how to meditate or establish a meditation practice. Suitable for beginners. Understand how meditation can literally change your brain, body, and life as you gain tools to cope with stress and build a foundation with a meditation practice to feel more at peace.
You will receive an Introduction to Meditation PDF Guide that outlines how to meditate, benefits, and three meditation exercises, as well as Replay videos of all six live sessions for future viewing.
Personalized teaching includes meditation fundamentals, learning various meditation practices, breathwork, and gentle mindful yoga exercises (suitable for all).
Who Will Guide You
Jane Lee is an experienced and multi-certified yoga teacher, teaching for seven years while practicing yoga and meditation for over 17 years.
Guided meditation sessions are perfect for those who want to learn more about meditation and gain tools for a regular practice. Sessions will include coaching and discussions on personal progress, experiences and any questions that may arise as you get into your meditation practice.
