Hands on Sushi making class. All supplies are included and is an ample amount for dinner.
What You Will Do
You will be introduced to the four main styles of sushi rolls, including Hosomaki (cucumber), Uramaki (California Roll), Temaki (tuna- raw), and Kazari Yin & Yang (seafood medley).
The class begins with an irreverent and entertaining presentation about the history of Edo-mae sushi and proper sushi etiquette. Then, you master four different types of rolls by utilizing four different techniques and eat them as you go. Prizes for the best roll in each category are awarded!
Everything is supplied for you. It is ample dinner size. You eat, drink and laugh a lot. A favourite class for couples. Vegetarians, Vegans, and those with dietary restrictions/allergies are all welcome!
