Why this makes a great gift
Take a Mat Pilates Class from the comfort of your own home under the guidance of Kala Fletcher. Live Classes are an excellent way to learn, hold yourself accountable and connect with community. Because the class sizes are small, participants can expect to get personal coaching throughout the whole class. The advantage to this approach is that participants are receiving real-time guidance from Kala - she can pinpoint specific ways you can improve your form to achieve better results. Groups will be 8 people maximum. All classes are open level.
Location & duration
Classes take place online, using Zoom. Participants must access Zoom via internet access and optional access to camera. Once redeemed, your participant will receive an auto-email before each class that will include the Zoom link.
All workouts are 45-55 minutes.
Virtual group classes currently run Tuesdays at 9:30am EST and 6:00pm EST & Thursdays at 9:30am EST. When participants redeem their gift and first register, Quiet Bodies will help them understand how to use Zoom, set up their camera, their mat and all the logistics if it's a new experience for them.
What You Will Need
Good news, you don't have to leave your house, and you need little to no equipment.
- Participants will need a mat. Pro Tip: The thicker the better to cushion your spine, but adding an extra layer with a blanket or towel works well.
- Light Hand Weights (1-3lbs) optional
- A Hand Towel
- Wear regular athletic attire, something that allows movement with ease.

Hi! My name is Kala Fletcher, and I am a Pilates Instructor and Illustrator based in Canada. I have been practicing and teaching Pilates since 2011. I am fully certified in both Classical and Contemporary Pilates Methodologies, as well as ELDOA LEVEL 1 and various Barre Fitness Certifications. I love learning and commit myself to continued education as an instructor and practitioner to ensure I am always providing the best quality service possible.
