Taking a non-fear based approach you will learn techniques such as breathing exercises, visualization and relaxation exercises to help you be physically and mentally prepared for your childbirth experience no matter where or how you plan to have your baby. Hypnobirthing parents report fewer interventions, shorter labours, and higher satisfaction with their birth experience.
