Duration
Our meditation sessions are 30 or 60 minutes in length. Dependent on the gift package that you choose.
Includes
We have an assortment of guided meditation class themes to choose from:
Energy, Chill, Heart, Essentials, Sleep, Rise, Breathe, Explore, Release, Sound, Mantra, Needles, Grow, Deep Mind, Visualize, Chakras and Love.
After each class you will receive either a scented hot towel for dark room classes or a scented cold towels for the light room classes.
In addition, you will receive an Elixir drink shot after class and have access to our tea bar and lounge.
What You Will Do
Our guided classes will take any intimidation out of meditation. Each class is uniquely curated by our talented instructors who will guide you with their voice, soundtracks and specially designed lighting themes. Hoame props, essential oils, premium elixir shots and cold/warm towels are included.
Who Will Guide You
We have a large selection of certified and experienced meditation leaders. When you book a class you will be able to select which instructor you would like.
Age Requirements
Anyone between the ages of 13-16 must be accompanied by a paying adult (17+).
Additional Information
We recommend anything you can comfortably sit or lay down in. Whether that is yoga pants, jeans, or a three piece suit is entirely up to you! If you are joining our Hot Meditation class minimal clothing is suggest as you will sweat.
We provide all cushions and props to make your session stress-free. If you are joining our Hot Meditation class bring a water bottle you can fill up at our beverage station.
