While things are starting to cool down outside, every Friday Rooks to Cooks will be turning up the heat in the kitchen with nutritious and delicious recipes inspired by this cozy season. Each week a different seasonal menu will be featured and prepared just in time for dinner. Under the guidance and direction of our Rooks to Cooks Chef instructor, Foodie Friday students will learn foundational cooking skills and knowledge as they independently slice and dice their way through the delicious dishes of the day. Whether your child is interested in learning new culinary skills and knowledge, interested in expanding their recipe repertoire or are simply just here to eat, Monday Munchies is the program for them.

Product Description

Location & Information
Our classes take place via Zoom. There are only 8 spots per class.
Our Drop-In style allows you to pick which classes your budding cook want to join in for!

Our class is suitable for kids aged 7+. All of our classes require a minimum of 4 people to run.



Duration
Classes run every Friday between 5:00pm-6:30pm (1.5 hours in length)

  • February 05: Baked Mac and Cheese with a Side Salad
  • February 12: Kale Caesar Salad Wraps with Crispy Chickpea Croutons
  • February 19: Chicken or Cauliflower tenders with A Maple Dijon Broccoli Salad
  • February 26: Charred Red Pepper and Tomato Soup With a Pesto and Cheese Panini
