What You Will Do
Enjoy two relaxing, informative and interactive sixty minute mindfulness coaching sessions either in person or online with Greg Klym. Through his coaching expertise Greg will help you work with the stressors in your life through the practice of mindfulness based exercises such as conscious breathing practice, guided meditations, gratitude practice…etc. Being guided through these practices will help you gain a key understanding of the relationship between stress and the mind/body connection. Throughout the coaching sessions Greg will teach you how to reverse the stress response in the body, release built up stress and tension and shift into a more calm and relaxed place within. He will also personally guide you with a plan on implementing these mindfulness based practices in your life on a daily basis, helping you live with more lightness, joy and less stress.
