Thoughtfull has you covered with its marketplace of local products, experiences and subscriptions that can be sent within seconds.

When you purchase a gift from Thoughtfull, the gift is sent via email, and includes: Your gift message, information about the gift, as well as instructions on how to redeem the gift. You can choose to send it to yourself, or directly to your gift recipient’s email.

 When you’re sending a gift to a recipient, you can select if you would like it delivered instantly, or if you’d like it to be scheduled to be delivered at a specific date and time.

To digitally deliver a gift to a recipient, you will have to provide the recipient’s email address (don’t forget to double check the spelling!), as well as a personalized gift note.

If the gift includes a physical shipment, the recipient will be guided through a redemption path, so they are able to redeem it when they want, and have it delivered to the address they want it delivered to.

Digital delivery makes it easy for you (as the gift buyer) to send a gift right up to the very last minute. It also makes it really convenient for the recipient to be able to redeem or experience their gift whenever, and wherever they choose!

Our experiences generally do not expire, although some are more seasonal, or only available on specific dates. If you wanted us to check for a specific experience, send us an email and we’ll connect with the merchant and let you know.

Since are a marketplace, occasionally our merchant's inventory can change, by adding new products, removing unavailable ones, or sometimes changing what's offered in a specific gift box or experience. However, we always work with our merchants to make sure we can still offer you a thoughtful(l) gift to enjoy!

When you purchase a gift from Thoughtfull, you (or your gift recipient) receive the gift via email (either instantly, or at the date and time selected in the checkout).

This email has information about the gift, as well as instructions on how to redeem the gift (from the merchant), and includes a unique "voucher code" that is used during redemption. The merchant then ships the gift to the provided address (for gifts that need to be shipped).

When you’re sending a gift to a recipient, you can select if you would like it delivered instantly, or if you’d like it to be scheduled to be delivered at a specific date and time.

After adding your gift message, at the bottom of the checkout page, you will have an option to schedule your digital delivery.

You can choose a specific date, and time (at increments of 15 minutes) - and once you place your order, your delivery will be scheduled to be sent out on that date.

No! All shipping fees are either included or FREE and your recipient will have a seamless redemption experience. It's all about easy gifting here at Thoughtfull!

Some products/gifts/experiences are only available in hyper local regions. Please ensure that when selecting the deliver region, it is accurate and applies. You can find a quick recap of this information below the Add To Cart button and the entire policy in shipping and return policy lower on the product page.
