We know that this is a challenging and uncertain time for everyone – the COVID-19 pandemic has impacted all of us in so many ways. Through this, we have also been so inspired by the innovative ways that people are staying connected and coming together through video chat parties, virtual cooking parties, board game family night, and more.
As a marketplace, we are a strong community of local merchants working together and we are dedicated to continuing to help you celebrate these special moments however we can. As the situation continues to evolve, we want to provide you with an update on how some of our offerings may be impacted:
Experiences:
For your convenience our experiences are delivered digitally via email. We’ve recently introduced many experiences that can be enjoyed at home virtually. For our in-person experiences, they’re available to gift and do not expire; however, they must be redeemed with our merchants at a future date.
Subscriptions:
Subscriptions are also delivered digitally via email. As products remain available to gift to your recipient, we are working closely with our merchants on a regular basis to ensure availability. There may be delays in shipping upon redemption, and we encourage you to order early for any special occasion.
