For participants in Ontario, you will have the option at consultation to have wines sent to you directly for an additional fee. Due to Wine Shipping Restrictions, this is only available in Ontario.

What You Will Do
This time we bring the vineyard to you! Skip the trip into wine country and taste wine like a sommelier in the comfort of your own home.

Using the Zoom video chat platform, a certified sommelier will guide you through a fully customized wine tasting. Learn how to taste like a professional, using a specialized tasting that will teach you to identify notable aspects of wine.

Before scheduling the tasting, we will have a consultation of what wines you would like to taste and help source the wines for delivery. We can even use wines you already own.

Who Will Guide You
Our team is comprised of local certified sommeliers who have spent years studying the history of wine, blind-tasting, and obsessing over the nuances of viticulture. You’ll benefit from years of hard work as we pass on this knowledge in a fun, relaxed.

A personalized hour-long yoga class taught by an experienced teacher.

What You Will Do

Experience a customized yoga class based on the individual’s abilities and goals and designed to help them align their mind and body. This class will help with flexibility and strength while giving tips to get deeper in their asanas (yoga poses). Yoga classes offered include Hatha, Vinyasa and Chair Yoga.

Who Will Guide You

Jane Lee is an experienced and multi-certified yoga teacher, teaching for seven years while practicing yoga and meditation for over 17 years.

Classes Available
Hatha – Align and calm your mind, body and spirit. This class will increase your flexibility and strength as you focus on asanas (yoga poses).

Vinyasa – Similar to Hatha but with a faster flow to build body heat and sweat while you gain flexibility and strength.

Chair yoga – Ideal for those who have difficulty getting down to the floor and/or with limited mobility. Chair yoga can also be tailored for those at work who want to get a good stretch without needing to change clothes or leave their office chair.

Consult a physician prior to beginning any activity program, including yoga. It is the participant’s responsibility to notify the teacher of any serious illness or injury before every yoga class.
