Class Details
This class takes place virtually. Ingredients will be delivered in time for the class.
All classes are Two Hours in length and take place from 6pm-8pm.
We release new dates every month. Classes fill up fast so your recipient may have to wait for the next block of dates to be released to redeem their gift! But don't worry, we'll help them pick the perfect time for them and provide all the details once they redeem their gift.
The deadline to register for classes is at least 3 days before.

What You Will Do
In this class, Chef Sang teaches you the FOUR classic styles of maki sushi rolls*. Eat along as you make:
- Hosomaki (Cucumber Roll with seaweed on the outside)
- 2x Uramaki (California Roll and Shrimp Tempura Roll, both with rice on the outside)
- Temaki (Spicy Tuna hand roll)
