What's Included

The Thoughtfull Book and Wine Club includes one (750ml) bottle of wine from a selection curated by Megalomaniac and one recently released book (from the genre of your choice), hand-picked by Indigo’s book experts. Choose the length of subscription and genre for a truly unique gift!

How it Works

First, select the genre of the book(s) (Contemporary Fiction, Historical Fiction, Mystery & Suspense, Romantic Comedy). The exact book received will depend on when the gift is redeemed, and the title for each genre changes seasonally, curated by Indigo’s book experts from recently released books.

Next, select the length of the subscription – you can choose a single shipment, a six month subscription (two shipments), or a 12-month subscription (four shipments).

Finally, select your recipient’s shipping destination – within Ontario, or Rest of Canada (excluding Quebec), and add to your cart!

When your recipient redeems their gift, they will choose the type of wine they’d like, from: a red, white, rosé or sparkling wine.

The exact bottle of wine is selected from a rotating assortment of equal value at the discretion of the Winery and may not be exactly as pictured. For the duration of their subscription, your recipient will receive a book (from their favourite genre), and a wine (based on their preference) – in a single delivery, both ready to crack open, and devour!

The Thoughtfull Book & Wine Club ships once a month. Customers must redeem the order by the 14th of the month, and it will be shipped after the 30th of that month. Any orders redeemed after the 14th of the month will be sent out in the next month.  Any orders redeemed after the 14th of the month will be sent out in the next month. If you ordered a subscription, you only have to redeem it once. Subscriptions are shipped approximately every 3 months.

Contemporary Fiction
Great for book clubs, these are fictional stories set in the modern society, and covering a wide variety of topics that affect our everyday lives. Sometimes literary, these books include everything from award-winners, to debut novels. A great choice for fans of: Where the Crawdads Sing, Little Fires Everywhere, and Beartown.

Historical Fiction:
Books set in the past, and often featuring historical events or characters – these are compelling and unforgettable reads for history buffs, and avid readers alike. A great choice for fans of: The Henna Artist, The Rose Code, and the Tattooist of Auschwitz.

Mystery & Thriller
Thrilling books that are filled with mystery, suspense, and intrigue – these reads are sure to keep you up at night. A great choice for fans of: Big Little Lies, The Girl on the Train, and Verity.

Romantic Comedy
Sweet, funny, sensitive, and full of heart – these are the books for the ones who love love. A great choice for fans of: People We Meet on Vacation, Red, White, and Royal Blue, and Beach Read.
