Class Details
This class is held at the Sushi Making For The Soul kitchen studio at 37 Advance Road, Unit 105, Etobicoke. All classes are Two Hours in length and take place from 6pm-8pm.

We release new dates every month. Classes fill up fast so your recipient may have to wait for the next block of dates to be released to redeem their gift! But don't worry, we'll help them pick the perfect time for them and provide all the details once they redeem their gift.

The deadline to register for classes is at least 3 days before.

What is Included
All the tools and ingredients to make sushi with Chef Sang. 

What You Will Do
In this class, Chef Sang teaches you the classic techniques to make 6 sushi rolls, including those below (you eat as you go): 

  • Hosomaki (Cucumber Roll with seaweed on the outside)
  • 2x Uramaki (California Roll and Shrimp Tempura Roll, both with rice on the outside)
  • Temaki (Spicy Tuna hand roll)
