Classes are appropriate for babies 8 weeks of age and up. It’s perfect for people who have always wanted to learn to dance, but could never convince their partner to take lessons! With all of the same programming as our in-studio classes, but the convenience and ease of doing the program from home…whenever and wherever you like. Unlike our in-studio classes, you receive unlimited access to participate each week.

This is a 6-week virtual session, recipients will receive unlimited access to participate each week!

What You Will Do?
In this session, participants will learn the basic steps plus, for the Merengue, Salsa, Cha Cha and Bachata, as well as a structured Warm Up and Cool Down. Salsa Babies™ works diligently to ensure the safety of our programs for all of our participants.

Who Will Guide You?
The Salsa Babies program was developed by working hand in hand with one of the top Canadian pre/postnatal fitness Training Companies ( Fitness Alliance) as well as The Canadian Babywearing School. What better way can you imagine spending time and bonding with your baby?! Join us for the fun (the fitness is just a bonus!)
