By placing an order including alcohol, you attest that the recipient is over 19 years of age. Due to COVID-19 Canada Post has suspended home delivery of packages requiring proof of age and signature. All orders shipped will be delivered to the nearest CP outlet and a notice card will be left at the recipients door advising where the package can be picked up. Gift boxes with wine cannot be shipped outside Canada.
Shipping and Return Policy
Shipping Policy:We ship throughout Canada via Canada Post's Expedited Service. We do not ship our products to Quebec.
We ship our products using standard shipping to the USA.
For our products that include alcohol, the recipient must be over 19 years of age for age verification at the point of delivery. Due to COVID-19 Canada Post has suspended home delivery of packages that require proof of age and signature. All of these orders will be delivered to the recipients closest Canada Post outlet, with a notice card left at their door advising where it can be picked up. Gift boxes with alcohol can only be shipped within Canada.
Return Policy:Your gift box has been specially packed for you. As a result, we do not accept order changes or returns once your order has been placed. If your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take photographs of the shipping box and damaged goods and send to customer service within 2 days of receipt of your order. You must comply with any return of unused product that we ask of you. We are not responsible for: deliveries damaged from shipping; incomplete or inaccurate delivery addresses; nor recipients not being at the delivery address to receive delivery.
If your product is lost during transit, please contact the carrier. You can also reach out to us by contacting Thoughtfull's Customer Support Team at firstname.lastname@example.org for instructions; we will do our best to track down your order and process a claim; however, please note that most carriers will not insure food products.
