Shipping and Return Policy
Shipping Policy:Our experiences ship digitally via email. Redemption details included in the certificate included in the email.
Return Policy:Digital experiences cannot be returned or surrendered for cash. If cancelling with more than 24 hours notice, there will be no charge for the missed appointment. If cancelling with less than 24 hours notice, there is a fee equal to half the cost of the missed appointment. If the client does not notify us and does not show up for their appointment, there will be a fee equal to the full cost of the missed appointment.
Courses or Workshops are eligible for cancellation with refund or exchange up until 48 hours prior to the course or workshop, with a 20 percent administration fee deducted. Within 48 hours no refund or exchange will be given. We will not refund or give credit for any missed sessions within a multiple session course or workshop. We are not responsible for any missed classes. They will not be refunded or exchanged for other classes or products.
SuggestionsYoga classes offered include:
Hatha – Align and calm your mind, body and spirit. This class will increase your flexibility and strength as you focus on asanas (yoga poses).
Vinyasa – Similar to Hatha but with a faster flow to build body heat and sweat while you gain flexibility and strength.
Chair yoga – Ideal for those who have difficulty getting down to the floor and/or with limited mobility. Chair yoga can also be tailored for those at work who want to get a good stretch without needing to change clothes or leave their office chair.
