You choose the box size according to your gift, and your recipient will:

  • Customize the contents of their box/subscription by browsing products from farms and suppliers near them from the comfort of home
  • Choose when/how often they would like it delivered
  • Customize the contents of each box to fit their lifestyle!

 

truLOCAL is a flexible 3-Month Subscription that gives your recipient the flexibility to pause or skip their deliveries at any time.

All boxes include free shipping.

How It Works
Choose a box size.

Regular boxes are $249 for a month's worth of meat (up to 40 portions, recommended for 2+ people.)

Small boxes are $125 and have up to 18 portions (recommended for 1-2 people). We offer each for a 3-Month Subscription duration.

That means your recipient will get up to 3 deliveries on their own preferred delivery frequency, whether that's every 2 weeks or every 6 weeks. Once they receive their gift via digital voucher, your recipient will redeem their subscription online.

They'll choose their province to see the products available locally within their province. They'll schedule how often they want their boxes delivered and can pause or skip anytime. They'll customize what they want in each box—from 100% grass-fed beef and non-GMO chicken, to wild-caught salmon and nitrate-free bacon.

All deliveries are frozen and kept on dry ice. Plus, our packaging is curb-side recyclable! Our packaging consists of a cardboard outer box, paper insulation, and a recyclable (in Alberta and BC) or compostable (in Ontario) bag to keep your box from getting soggy during transit."
