What You Will Do
Chef Sang teaches you the four most popular North American styles of "inside-out" (Uramaki) sushi rolls.
A hands-on sushi-making class, you will be making and eating the Rainbow (fish cake/imitation crab, avocado, cucumber, tuna, avocado, salmon, shrimp, yellowtail), Shrimp Tempura (shrimp tempura, avocado, tempura flakes, bbq eel sauce), Spider (soft-shell crab, avocado, cucumber, sprouts, masago roe, pickled burdock), and Caterpillar (cucumber, fish cake/imitation crab, avocado outside).
You will eat, drink and laugh a lot. The class is a favourite for those who want to impress friends at the next level. Tons of fun! This class is not for vegetarians. Shellfish can be exchanged as long as notice is given at the time of booking. The following dietary restrictions are accommodated: gluten, dairy, nuts.
