Our chocolate gift box contains 4, 9 or 25 of our handmade bon bons, depending on your selection.

Upon redemption, your recipient will choose from over 25 flavours to compose their custom chocolate gift box. Each bon bon has a thin shell of white, milk or dark chocolate that gives way to a soft, melt-in-your-mouth, caramel, ganache, gelée or praline centre.

Whether your recipient prefers milk, dark, white, fruity or nutty chocolate we have something for everyone! We invite you to totally customize a box of chocolate bon bons.

You can’t achieve great flavour without great ingredients. We work with real butter, nuts and fruit purees to compliment the top quality chocolate we use to make our bon bons. We proudly use Cacao Barry and Valrhona chocolate in our creations.

Additional Details
Although we do our absolute best to prevent cross-contamination, this product is made in a facility that processes nuts, soy, milk, egg and gluten. Our bon bons are made fresh and are best eaten within 10 days of purchase if stored at room temperature (18C/64F), or within one month if stored in the fridge. They are best enjoyed at room temperature, regardless of where you store them.

This gift includes five pints of Death in Venice gelato, an exclusive online tasting experience with gelato master Kaya Ogruce, and local delivery. Your recipient will contact our vendor to redeem their gift. This virtual experience is appropriate for participants of all ages! We may be able to accommodate vegan, dairy-free, celiac and other dietary restrictions.

This experience takes place online and gelato can be shipped within our boundaries.

The tasting can be up to 1 hour.

What You Will Do
We'll begin with a virtual introduction to our gelato laboratory and production area. We will have a five-course gelato tasting to include the seasonal and more experimental gelato that we make, as well as the more traditional flavours. We will discuss where the inspiration comes from and the different collaborations that we have made over the years, including the hits, the failures and the award winners - and the flavours that got us in trouble. Some of our award winning flavours: cheeseboard gelato (pear-brie-walnut), garlic-fennel-vanilla, white truffle-maple-sage, grilled cheese, bugs-and-grass, and many more.

Who Will Guide You
Kaya will be leading this tour. In addition to being an accomplished chef, he is interested in food science and won Chopped Canada in 2015.Kaya will explain where we source our produce, the importance of using seasonal, local and second-grade fruit from local farmers and the suppliers we work with. Kaya will identify the difference between gelato and ice cream, and explain why gelato is a better vehicle for flavour.
